About the Role

Open to candidates in the Los Angles, CA or San Carlos, CA.

You will own a large book of growth and emerging accounts, running a true high-velocity, full-cycle motion. Our deals typically land between $10,000 and $50,000, which means volume, speed, and disciplined qualification matter more than long enterprise cycles. You'll close a high number of deals per year while building the expansion plays that grow initial purchases into larger, repeatable revenue.

OpenArt is an AI Creative Platform used by millions worldwide. You'll help creative teams buy OpenArt's business platform to supercharge their image and video output. You'll sell into marketing, creative, and design teams at agencies, major corporations, and media companies — many of whom who already love the product.

What You'll Do
  • Run a high-velocity, full-cycle sales motion across inbound and outbound — closing 30–50 deals per year

  • Qualify hard and fast: with a large book and deals in the $10k–$50k range, your calendar is your scarcest resource, so clear ROI orientation is a must

  • Grow deal size over time through committed-volume and use-case expansion plays that turn $10k starts into $50k+ repeatable motions

  • Turn product signals — usage spikes, team signups, credit consumption — into qualified pipeline

  • Partner with your pod's Customer Success Manager to make sure new customers hit consumption targets and your held-back commission unlocks

  • Feed learnings from the front line back into packaging, pricing, and product

What You'll Need
  • 3+ years of full-cycle closing experience in SaaS or AI, with a quota record above 100%

  • Velocity evidence: 20+ closed deals per year, multi-channel prospecting, and disciplined qualification

  • Writing and demo skills strong enough to carry a deal end-to-end without a solutions engineer

  • Coachability with a track record: be ready to name the coaching that changed your numbers

Strong Candidates May Also Have
  • Experience selling to creative, marketing, or design teams

  • PLG or usage-signal selling experience

  • A BDR-to-AE promotion in their history — we value people who earned the chair

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary: $75K - $120K
OTE (Base+Bonus+Comission): $150K - $250K
Offers equity.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health and long-term financial well-being, including:
