Manage and coordinate multiple key account sales activities across regions
Collaborate closely with Advantest’s global affiliates to support, shape, and implement corporate business objectives
Drive sales growth by expanding business with existing customers and identifying new opportunities
Develop and execute effective marketing and account development strategies
Actively contribute to the achievement of Advantest’s overall corporate goals as a committed team member
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and corporate stakeholders
Provide regular forecasts and strategic planning for order intake and sales activities
Gather customer insights and feedback, and relay them to relevant internal departments to drive continuous improvement
Degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Microelectronics, Semiconductors, or a comparable field
At least 8 years of experience in sales of capital goods, ideally in a senior role
Proven experience in leading and managing staff is a strong plus
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Strong intercultural competence and experience in leading international teams
Strategic and business-oriented mindset
Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Strong motivational and organizational capabilities
Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
Self-driven, proactive, and open-minded personality
Willingness to travel internationally as required
