How You'll Make an Impact
- Initiate and complete device activations while communicating product features and ensuring a positive customer experience using inbound and outbound dialing systems
- Guide customers through the activation process for mobile and internet services utilizing Spectrum's tools and applications
- Upsell additional products and services to existing customers by identifying opportunities and presenting tailored solutions
- Stay up to date and knowledgeable about all current Spectrum products and services
- Facilitate escalations to leadership for prompt support and resolution
- Troubleshoot activation errors, carrier issues and device setup concerns efficiently
- Meet daily targets and key performance indicators for calls and product activations
- Assist and instruct customers through various communication channels
- Document and share best practices within the team

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
- 2+ years of customer service or sales experience
Skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand multiple languages (English and Spanish)
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask effectively
- Ability to conduct a needs analysis (consultative approach), overcome objections, develop a strong sales pitch, and effectively close sales
- Ability to use personal computer & multiple software applications
- Ability to work independently and in a group environment
- Ability to effectively address/resolve customer complaints and issues
- Ability to work while seated for prolonged periods of time, taking/dialing back-to-back calls
- Knowledge of office procedures and Company policies
- Knowledge of service troubleshooting
