About VSCO

VSCO (pronounced vis–co) is a complete photography platform—editing tools, portfolio sites, client workflows, and community—that helps photographers hone their craft, grow their network, and build a photography business on their terms.

VSCO is where photographers turn pro. Whether they’re landing their first paid gig or growing an established practice, VSCO champions photographers at every stage of the journey. Our mission is simple:  to close the gap between the creative life photographers want and the confidence, tools, and community they need to make it real.

We are looking for people who are driven and demonstrate initiative in taking our company mission to the next level. Employees here have the opportunity to make a big impact, and we believe that when we build together, we achieve stronger outcomes than we could alone.

Our values are critical pillars to our team culture and shape the way we hire. Read more about what you can expect when working at VSCO on our Careers Page.

About The Role

VSCO is seeking a highly motivated Account and Onboarding Specialist to support new customer activation and implementation during a critical phase of growth for our creative business tools. You will be responsible for ensuring new customers launch successfully and experience value early in their journey during the first 30 days and beyond. You will be a part of the Customer Experience Team and will also collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to share insights from leads and customers to help improve the overall go-to-market motion.

As an Account and Onboarding Specialist, you are both a revenue driver and a trusted guide for new customers. You are a strong communicator who understands creative businesses, knows how to uncover needs, articulate value clearly, and move opportunities forward with focus and urgency. You are committed to making every customer interaction meaningful and are organized and outcome-oriented. With strong documentation and discipline, you create clarity across teams and ensure smooth handoffs. Above all, you care deeply about VSCO’s community and are passionate about supporting its growth and success.

The Day to Day

  • Research accounts and stakeholders to personalize outreach and uncover business needs, urgency, and fit.
  • Book qualified meetings with full ownership from first touch through conversion.
  • Serve as a product champion for our creative business tool, VSCO Workspace, and across multiple products and offerings, adapting positioning as needed.
  • Lead demos, onboarding calls, and product walkthroughs to ensure smooth setup and accelerate time to first value, which includes attending in-person creative events and shows.
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve setup, experience, and conversions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including notes, stage updates, and follow-up commitments.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics and refine onboarding processes based on feedback and performance insights.
  • Collaborate closely across teams to ensure alignment, shared context, and a seamless customer experience.
  • Remain flexible and responsive to evolving business needs to support conversion, retention, and growth.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a B2B SaaS organization, growing full-cycle customer account and onboarding in a high velocity environment.
  • Experience leading product onboarding, kickoff, or early customer activation to ensure strong adoption and time to value.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflows to drive smarter prospecting, faster execution, and better customer outcomes.
  • Experience supporting the full customer lifecycle, with strong business tool discipline across documentation, forecasting, and onboarding management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly across prospects and internal teams.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
  • Most importantly, you have a growth mindset, embrace change, and practice with kindness, humility, compassion, integrity, and levity.
  • Experience managing or operating a creative business.

Nice to Have

  • An understanding of photography basics.
  • Experience selling multiple product lines, pricing tiers, or bundled solutions.
