Job Description

What will your day-to-day work look like?

  • Drive revenue growth for Power Industry products internationally through comprehensive regional business strategies
  • Develop and execute account plans for main OEMs in energy sector, cultivating relationships with decision-makers and technical stakeholders
  • Lead complete sales process from lead generation to contract closure, including technical presentations, negotiations, and forecasting
  • Achieve sales targets by expanding product lines within accounts and identifying new business opportunities
  • Maintain deep technical expertise in relays, RTUs, sensors, and related components to translate customer requirements into solutions
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with global teams at key accounts as their primary point of contact
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, analyze performance data, and track KPIs to inform strategic decisions
  • Find business partners to expand our portfolio with complementary products.

What do we want to know about you?
Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related field) or equivalent technical experience.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of technical sales experience and business development, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Proven track record of success in devopping business, managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience selling into key accounts is a significant plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 30-40% as required.

Specific Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong technical knowledge of relays, RTUs, sensors, and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.

 

Additional Information

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary rate for this role is currently $104800-149300.The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. More information on offered benefits, which include health, welfare, and retirement, are available at mywabtecbenefits.com. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus.
