• Guide guests through the Audi lineup with confidence -- connecting the brand's performance, technology, and design story to what matters most to each buyer

• Present vehicles and conduct test drives that create a real experience -- not a rehearsed pitch

• Build and maintain a guest pipeline through consistent follow-up and disciplined CRM use

• Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase experience

• Meet monthly targets while maintaining strong guest satisfaction scores

• Stay current on Audi product updates, technology features, and the EV and PHEV lineup

• Swickard is one of the fastest-growing dealer groups in the country -- ranked Top 5 in North America for reputation in the automotive industry

• Our HEART values -- Honor, Engage, Anticipate, Respond, Thank -- are the foundation of how we sell, not just how we serve
