We are searching for a Sales Consultant who will play a key role in expanding our technological footprint among Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance Carriers and Managing General Agents (MGAs). This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who excels both in pipeline generation and fosters relationships with senior executives and decision-makers across both business and technology functions. At Ivans, we specialize in data-driven technology solutions that empower P&C carriers and MGAs to streamline connectivity, enhance distribution, and drive growth. Supported by an experienced Solution Consulting team, you will develop tailored sales strategies, navigate complex sales cycles, and close high-impact deals that help our clients modernize their insurance operations.

Our targeted starting total cash compensation in the United States for this position ranges from $160,000 - $200,000. per year. This range includes base salary and on-target performance-based variable commissions. Actual earnings are uncapped, and many team members exceed on-target amounts by surpassing their sales goals. To determine a new team member's starting pay, we consider a variety of factors, including depth, breadth, and variety of experience, skills, and responsibilities.

What You'll Do
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline-identify, qualify, and engage new prospects through outbound efforts.
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting/lead generation to closing deals.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive the adoption of our technological solutions among P&C carriers and MGAs.
- Engage in consultative selling by working with a team to uncover customer pain points and align our solutions with their needs.
- Drive high-value business development efforts, including cold outreach, networking, and strategic account mapping.
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets by effectively managing a high-volume, high-quality sales pipeline.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Solutions and Product, to tailor offerings for prospective customers.
- Develop compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure renewals with existing clients.
- Represent Ivans at industry events and conferences, strengthening brand presence and expanding our network in the P&C insurance space.
We're Excited to Learn More About You
- 2+ years of Technology or Insurance Related sales experience, ideally in Carrier Sales/Operations, SaaS, InsurTech, or Software Solutions.
- Proven experience selling into P&C insurance carriers and MGAs (preferred but not required).
- Strong ability to structure complex deals, including multi-component contracts with technology and service layers.
- Deep understanding of the insurance technology ecosystem, including connectivity platforms, APIs, and digital distribution.
- Exceptional consultative sales skills, with the ability to align solutions with customer pain points.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with technology and CRM tools, including Salesforce to manage pipeline and opportunities.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and industry conferences.
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred but not required.
- Candidate will need to reside in North America, working arrangement will be hybrid/remote
