Hospitality experience counts. Automotive experience is a plus — not a requirement.

We win through preparation and follow-through — not pressure.

  • Consistent traffic driven by multi-store marketing and Audi brand reputation
  • Modern CRM tools and playbooks built by top performers — you are not starting from zero
  • Clear hand-off processes between sales, finance, and delivery so nothing falls through the cracks

  • Track every interaction in the CRM and follow up consistently to build lasting relationships
  • Negotiate with integrity — find the right deal for the guest and the dealership
  • Support dealership goals through professional presentation and adherence to our standards
  • Partner closely with Finance to ensure a seamless delivery experience

Qualifications:

Must have:

  • A hospitality mindset — kindness, optimism, empathy, integrity, and follow-through
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Comfort with digital tools and consistent CRM discipline
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Strong plus:

  • 1+ year of sales, hospitality, or customer-facing experience
  • Passion for the Audi brand and luxury automotive
  • Proven track record of 12-15+ units per month or comparable performance metrics

Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay: $50,000 - $150,000+ annually based on performance — top producers exceed the ceiling
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance
  • Optional disability coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Paid holidays and PTO
  • Training: Ongoing paid training — Audi product knowledge, CRM, and sales process
  • Growth: Career path with real progression into Finance, Management, and Leadership roles

  • Sales Consultant — master the Audi product and Swickard's guest experience standards
  • Senior Consultant / Team Lead — mentor others, take on more complex deals
  • Finance Manager, Sales Manager, or General Manager — for those who want to lead
  • 40+ rooftops and premium brands across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii — room to grow
