Audi Oakland, part of Swickard Automotive Group, is hiring Sales Consultants to join our guest-first team. We are not looking for the classic hard-sell personality. We are looking for people who are curious, prepared, and genuinely care about helping guests make great decisions.

Hospitality experience counts. Automotive experience is a plus — not a requirement.

What You Will Do

  • Prepare for every appointment — know the product, know the guest, respect their time
  • Guide guests through the full sales process with clarity: options, pricing, financing, and timelines
  • Conduct product demonstrations and test drives that highlight what makes Audi exceptional
  • Track every interaction in the CRM and follow up consistently to build lasting relationships
  • Negotiate with integrity — find the right deal for the guest and the dealership
  • Support dealership goals through professional presentation and adherence to our standards
  • Partner closely with Finance to ensure a seamless delivery experience

Qualifications:

Must have:

  • A hospitality mindset — kindness, optimism, empathy, integrity, and follow-through
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Comfort with digital tools and consistent CRM discipline
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Strong plus:

  • 1+ year of sales, hospitality, or customer-facing experience
  • Passion for the Audi brand and luxury automotive
  • Proven track record of 12-15+ units per month or comparable performance metrics

Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay: $50,000 - $150,000+ annually based on performance — top producers exceed the ceiling
