What Do We Do?

Triple Whale is the complete intelligence platform that helps ecommerce brands confidently understand what's working in their business, what's not, and what they should do next.
We pull all your data into one place, give you the measurement tools to actually trust it, then use the smartest AI in the industry to translate it into insights and recommendations. From there, you get tools to put those insights to work — from AI agents that generate creative and take action on your behalf, to automations that make the rest of your tech stack smarter and more effective.
More than 50,000 brands like Pressed Juicery, Ouai and True Classic trust Triple Whale to grow faster with fewer resources — uncovering opportunities and acting on them at a scale that would be impossible manually.

What You're Applying For

Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) at Triple Whale are key drivers of our Sales team's growth.  In this role, you'll partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to break into strategic accounts, engage senior decision-makers, and create pipeline within some of the most sophisticated eCommerce brands in the market.

You'll be responsible for identifying buying committees, uncovering business challenges, and positioning Triple Whale as a partner through highly personalized outreach and thoughtful discovery.  Success in this role comes from strategic account planning and follow-through, executive-level engagement, and the ability to create opportunities within complex organizations, not simply high-volume outbound activity.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a determined, results-driven mindset who's eager to grow a long-term career in enterprise sales.

What You'll Do
  • Partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to build and execute account-based prospecting strategies across a targeted portfolio of high-value accounts.
  • Research organizational structures, business initiatives, and stakeholder priorities to develop highly personalized outreach campaigns.
  • Identify and prioritize strategic accounts with the highest fit and revenue potential.
  • Engage Director, VP, and C-level decision-makers through personalized video, email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Create compelling messaging that resonates with enterprise eCommerce brands and aligns Triple Whale's platform with their business objectives.
  • Tell data-driven stories that highlight Triple Whale's unique value proposition and measurable business impact.
  • Continuously refine outreach strategies to maximize engagement, account penetration, and conversion.
  • Uncover business challenges, strategic initiatives, and organizational priorities through thoughtful discovery.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, educating and inspiring prospects about Triple Whale and the future of eCommerce intelligence.
  • Generate qualified enterprise pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and account penetration.
  • Share prospect insights and market feedback to help shape go-to-market initiatives.
What You'll Bring
  • 2+ years of success in Enterprise SaaS sales development or business development, consistently achieving or exceeding quota in a complex sales environment.
  • Experience prospecting into mid-market and enterprise organizations with multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles.
  • Proven ability to engage and secure meetings with Director, VP, and C-level decision-makers.
  • Creative Prospecting: Strong track record with personalized email, video, and multi-channel outreach (Loom or Vidyard experience is a plus).
  • Strategic Research Skills: Ability to uncover business initiatives, understand organizational structures, and develop account-specific outreach strategies.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build authentic relationships and communicate business value.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and modern prospecting technologies.
  • Highly Organized: Ability to manage complex account plans, multiple stakeholder conversations, and follow-up cadences effectively.
  • Consultative Approach: You ask great questions, actively listen, and focus on understanding business challenges before pitching solutions.
Our Values
  • We Are Customer Obsessed: From our mission to every detailed project, everything we do is designed to create a positive impact for our customers.
  • We Move (Very!) Quickly: The speed at which we work, iterate, and deliver value is our most competitive advantage.
  • We Are Trustworthy: Candor, directness, and honest communication helps us learn, grow and improve so we can win together.
  • We Are Curious: We extend beyond our comfort zone and ask questions that guide us towards new, creative, and bold paths.
  • We Act Like A Mensch: We act with honor, integrity and empathy, and have deep respect for our customers and each other.
Perks
  • Greatest Team: A world-class team of the brightest and most talented out there! Work with fun, hardworking, kind, nice people who are passionate about what they do
  • Compensation: Competitive salary, benefits, and equity
  • Family Focus: Parental leave and flexibility for families
  • Time Off: Generous PTO. We want you to relax when you need to relax!
  • Healthcare: Excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401K: 3% matching
