  • Qualify inbound leads against our Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline in HubSpot.
  • Become an expert in ShiftCare's platform and North American healthcare market.
  • Consistently exceed activity, pipeline and meeting targets.

You'll focus on organisations with 5-50 staff, including:

  • Non-medical Home Care providers
  • HCBS Waiver providers
  • IDD and Disability Service providers
  • Supported Living providers
  • Adult Day and Respite providers

  • Strong cold calling and prospecting skills.

Why ShiftCare?
  • Competitive salary + uncapped commission.
  • Realistic targets.
  • Fully remote role based in British Columbia.
  • Clear career progression into Account Executive.
  • Join one of Australia's fastest-growing SaaS companies as we scale across North America.
  • Work with an experienced, collaborative and high-performing team.
