About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding Go-To-Market team. As an SDR, you’ll play an essential role in growing our customer base by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities for our groundbreaking AI solution.

This role is perfect for someone looking to kick-start or advance a career in sales and who thrives on building relationships with potential clients.

In this role, you will

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach

  • Reach out to potential customers through various channels including cold calling, email, and social media

  • Grow top of sales funnel through warm and cold outbound campaigns

  • Research companies, identify key players, and work with Account Executives on pipeline generation strategies

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaigns and messaging

  • Stay up-to-date with product offerings and industry trends

  • Learn critical sales skills, such as leading effective discovery calls, cold calling, objection handling, articulating and selling value, prioritization and time management, and more

You may be a good fit if you

  • Have a high level of interest in growing your career in a customer-facing role

  • Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Are genuinely curious about understanding customers’ business challenges

  • Are dedicated to tracking and improving performance and efficiency on a daily basis

  • Exhibit a sense of entrepreneurship: a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processes

  • Are self-motivated with a drive to succeed and knack for building relationships

Even better if you have

  • Have 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing or quota-carrying role

  • Have prior CRM experience (preferably Salesforce)

  • Find ways to stay up on the latest trends in AI

  • Have experience with tech

Compensation

OTE $88k - $110k + Equity
