What we’re looking for

We're looking for a killer Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive inbound sales leads and grow Alex’s customer base through meaningful relationships. You’ll be the face of our sales team and a key driver of revenue growth. Your day to day will include:

  • Lead generation, qualification, and booking demos: Proactively generate pipeline through high-quality outbound prospecting across multiple channels, including phone, email, video, social, and events. You’ll research target accounts, engage senior stakeholders with personalized messaging, and consistently book qualified demos that drive revenue growth.

  • Outbound strategy & execution: Own the outbound motion end-to-end, from account research and segmentation to executing personalized, multi-channel campaigns. Partner closely with Account Executives on account strategy and pipeline generation, including multi-threaded outreach and hands-on support during prospect trials.

  • Inbound qualification: Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns by running discovery to assess fit, urgency, and buying readiness, converting high-intent interest into qualified opportunities.

  • Performance tracking & pipeline ownership: Meet and exceed pipeline-generation targets by tracking performance metrics, participating in pipeline and forecast reviews, and continuously optimizing outreach based on data and market feedback.

  • Data management & tooling: Leverage tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Unify, Trellus and similar platforms to manage prospecting, follow-ups, and reporting.
