In this role, you will focus on our premier dealership management and relationship software, specifically CRM and iDMS. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Execute the Solera Lead & Opportunity Management process for building sales pipeline. Identify and target potential clients within the independent dealer industry to build interest in our CRM and iDMS platforms.
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to execute outbound campaigns that ensure lead quality and quantity for the CRM and iDMS product lines.
  • Activity & Targets: Regularly perform against individual monthly and quarterly targets: number of calls (75+ daily), pipeline generation, and conversion rates.
  • Opportunity Creation: Generate qualified Opportunities (SQLs) consisting of meetings, appointments, or demos assigned to quota-carrying Account Executives.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal sales operations stakeholders on reporting and analysis to ensure a seamless handoff of CRM and iDMS leads.
  • CRM & Tool Discipline: Ensure Salesforce and Outreach are leveraged daily to process and track opportunities, maintain data integrity, and follow Solera value-selling methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving goals and quotas.
  • Ability to be a team player and perform in a fast-paced, high-activity, inside sales-oriented environment.
  • Confidence to prospect and develop new sales leads through cold calling and outbound outreach.
  • Strong interest in the automotive industry and the technology challenges faced by independent dealers.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with sales technology, specifically Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Why Solera?

Competitive salary and commission structure.

Opportunity to work with leading software products (CRM and iDMS) in the automotive industry.

Supportive and collaborative work environment.

Ongoing professional development and career growth opportunities.
