  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of engaged prospects through multichannel cadences, ensuring consistency, persistence and follow-through.
  • Research target accounts to personalize outreach and uncover relevant business needs or triggers
  • Consistently hit or exceed activity and meeting-booked targets to contribute to revenue goals

Collaboration & Alignment

  • Work closely with the Sales Development Manager to refine messaging, outreach tactics, and qualification criteria.
  • Align with marketing colleagues on lead follow-up strategies across campaign channels (events, paid ads, website, etc.)
  • Provide regular feedback on lead quality, messaging resonance, and engagement trends.
  • Attend SundaySky-sponsored events and conferences as needed to network with attendees and attend general meetings on-site.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and effective follow-up on booked meetings

CRM Management & Reporting

  • Maintain detailed activity records in Salesforce, tracking all outreach, touchpoints, and outcomes.
  • Monitor and improve key metrics such as response rates, meetings booked, and lead-to-opportunity conversion.
  • Own the accuracy of your Salesforce records, ensuring all activities and outcomes are logged, tracked, and visible to key stakeholders

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or related roles.
  • Persistence with a drive to make the most of every lead and potential business opportunity.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively via email, phone, and social channels.
  • Comfort using tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft (or similar), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales platforms.

  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and continuously improve in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
  • Keen interest in sales and business development tactics that drive engagement and stand out from the clutter.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable, with a growth-oriented mindset.
