About Panorama:
Panorama Education is a fast-growing technology company partnering with K-12 school districts to help students succeed in the classroom and beyond. Today, 2,000 districts serving 15 million students across all 50 states rely on our secure, research-backed platform for AI, student support, and community voice and engagement. We also provide professional development and hands-on support to help schools to achieve their strategic goals and improve student outcomes. When you join Panorama, you become part of a mission-driven team making a real impact for students every day.

Panoramians can choose to work fully remote anywhere within the Continental United States.

About the Role
At Panorama, we’re on a mission to improve student outcomes, and as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll play a pivotal role in that work. You’ll connect K-12 school and district leaders with tools that transform classrooms and create stronger, more equitable schools. This is not your typical sales role. As an SDR, you’ll drive meaningful conversations with education leaders, mastering strategic outreach like cold calls and emails to introduce them to Panorama’s solutions. Each day, you’ll bring enthusiasm, curiosity, and drive to set qualified meetings with decision makers, expand Panorama’s reach, and make a tangible difference in education—all while building skills that can pave the way for future growth in sales and beyond. If you thrive on meaningful work, empathize with educators’ challenges, and consistently add value to every interaction, we want you on our team. Together, we’ll grow awareness, drive revenue, and support students in reaching their full potential.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct 70+ daily prospecting activities, including inbound lead follow-ups, outbound cold calls, and personalized emails.
  • Partner with sales leadership and closing reps to identify and target accounts aligned with Panorama’s mission and goals
  • Drive pipeline growth by engaging district leaders and building champions through warm, personalized outreach
  • Qualify opportunities and set high-value meetings with decision-makers to support closing reps in achieving company objectives

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 1+ years in sales development or business development, ideally in SaaS, with a proven record of exceeding goals
  • Skilled at strategic prospecting, leveraging research to identify and engage stakeholders in multi-layered organizations
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to deliver concise, compelling messages and steer conversations by pivoting, problem-solving, and handling objections
  • Thrives on feedback, embraces a growth mindset, and excels at organizing and prioritizing tasks

Bonus Points:

  • Bonus if you have experience in both K-12 educational technology and K-12 education.
  • Proficiency or expertise in using Salesforce, Gong.io, and HubSpot
  • A genuine passion for helping to improve education

Salary: The On Target Earnings for this role are from $89,500 - $117,500. Actual offers depend on experience, skill and location.

Our salary is just one component of Panorama’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes annual bonuses or commission awards, equity awards, as well as other region-specific health and welfare benefits
