Position Overview – Sales Development Representative

As a Senior Sales Development Representative at PartsBase, you will be instrumental in connecting buyers and sellers in the global aviation marketplace. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, qualifying prospects, and collaborating with senior sales reps to drive growth.

We’re seeking a motivated professional who is passionate about helping aviation businesses succeed, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants a clear path for career advancement. From prospecting new leads to supporting existing clients, this role is designed for individuals eager to grow quickly in a performance-driven sales organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social media

  • Understand potential client needs and clearly articulate PartsBase solutions

  • Conduct market research to uncover trends, customer demands, and competitive insights

  • Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience

  • Maintain accurate records of all leads and interactions in the CRM system

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4+ years of sales experience required.

  • SaaS and B2B experience a plus, aviation industry experience is a bonus.

  • Comfortable making at least 50 cold calls per day.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with quick decision-making ability.

  • Persistent, resilient, and results-driven.

  • Genuine passion for helping aviation businesses thrive.
