Position Overview

Bobyard is solving complex computer vision problems to automate construction takeoffs — a process contractors currently spend dozens of hours doing manually for each project. Our system combines multiple models to analyze drawings and produce results that are often more accurate and dramatically faster than human workflows.

In this role, your goal is to generate as many high-quality demos as possible for our Account Executives through outbound channels such as cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other creative approaches. You’ll be introducing contractors to a product that consistently creates “wow” moments in demos — which is reflected in our 40%+ demo-to-close rate.

It’s a great role for someone who enjoys outbound sales, moving fast, and creating real pipeline in a high-growth environment.

Desired Attributes

  • Sales expertise: preferably selling SaaS to the construction (landscaping) industry

  • Passion and work ethic: startups are not easy, this is not a cushy job at Google

  • Willing to do whatever it takes to win: travel, convention booths, cold calls

Benefits

  • Competitive salary, commission, and equity options

  • Opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic, driven team

  • Build a massive company

This is a full-time & in-person role in SF - (remote option). We have a product that blows people’s minds and a massive industry eager to incorporate AI. If you can create unbelievable growth numbers, we would love to work with you.

That said, San Francisco has a lot to offer beyond technology thanks to a thriving art and music scene, excellent food and a short drive to several of the country’s most beautiful recreational areas.

Key Facts About San Francisco Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 365,500; 13.9% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
