We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, curious, and resilient individual who thrives in outbound sales and enjoys engaging with prospects in a meaningful way. 

In this role, you will work closely with sales leadership to identify opportunities, generate pipeline, and contribute to the overall growth of the business. You will be responsible for creating high-quality outbound engagement and uncovering real business needs within target accounts.

In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:
  • Execute outbound prospecting across phone, LinkedIn, email, and digital networking channels

  • Engage prospects through personalized, curiosity-driven conversations rather than scripted messaging. 

  • Identify and qualify opportunities by uncovering pain points, ownership, timing, and willingness to engage

  • Build and manage outbound cadences targeting specific ICPs and industry vertical.

  • Maintain accurate and insightful activity tracking in Salesforce (prioritizing quality over quantity) 

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings once genuine interest is established

  • Partner with sales leadership to refine messaging, targeting strategies, and outreach tactics

  • Participate in call reviews, coaching sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Stay proactive in learning about industry trends, customer challenges, and market dynamics

  • Contribute to improving outbound processes and overall sales development strategy


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable conducting high-volume, phone-based outbound outreach

  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments without rigid scripts

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new concepts

  • High level of accountability and follow-through

  • Interest in B2B sales, SaaS, or the Salesforce ecosystem

Desired Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, recruiting, fundraising, or customer-facing roles

  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce

  • Exposure to SaaS, consulting, or professional services environments

  • Competitive background (sports, debate, or similar performance-driven activities)

  • Proven ability to handle rejection and remain persistent

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a growth-oriented mindset
