About the role

As our sales organization continues to grow and expand, we are looking to bring on another SDR to join our high performing team! This role will be focused on building pipelines for the sales team to help with Flex’s goal to partner with Property Management Companies. One will build pipelines through effectiveness with inbound leads, but predominantly through calling and emailing potential prospects to highlight the values of a Flex partnership.

This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations of 3 days per week in our New York, Bay Area or Salt Lake City headquarters. For candidates outside of these locations, you may be eligible for our relocation assistance program.

What you’ll do
  • New client acquisition - drive revenue and market share within rental real estate market
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline in CRM
  • Creatively tailor your prospecting approach with different personas in each business
  • Establish relationships with senior executives and decision-makers through outbound efforts
  • Follow up quickly and efficiently with any inbound lead that is received
  • Educate prospective customers on the value of Flex
  • Handle ad-hoc projects/initiatives for the sales organization
  • Collaborate and work with different members of the Accounts team to build strategic adoption plans for new customers
Key qualifications
  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • Consistent track record of quota attainment
  • Develops relationships with middle management and ownership quickly and effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptive
  • Skilled at phone, email, and social media prospecting
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Someone who is a self-starter, hungry for success

Flex takes a market-based approach to pay, and compensation may vary depending on your primary work location. Work locations are categorized into one of three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area.

Compensation

The compensation range for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks. This is a commission earning role. The OTE (On Target Earnings) listed below:
