Procore is seeking an experienced and motivational Senior Director of Sales in our Datagrid division to lead, grow, and mentor our team of Account Executives (AEs), Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and Sales Engineers (SEs). This is a critical role responsible for driving revenue growth, refining our sales strategy, and building a high-performance sales culture. The ideal candidate is a player-coach who thrives on developing talent, closing complex deals, and evangelizing a new category of AI-driven automation.

You will leverage your outstanding communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to build a world-class sales organization. As the Senior Director of Sales, you have a proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales, experience building and scaling teams, and a history of closing six and seven-figure deals.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and Develop a High-Performance Team: Manage, coach, and scale our sales team (AEs, SDRs, SEs) to drive sales, achieve strategic objectives, and exceed revenue quotas. Foster a culture of inclusion, accountability, and collaboration.

  • Drive Revenue and GTM Strategy: Own the go-to-market strategy for your segment. Develop and execute territory plans, manage sales forecasting, and ensure predictable revenue growth.

  • Coach and Train: Act as a hands-on coach, joining sales calls, helping structure complex deals, and providing continuous training to elevate the team’s skills in solution selling, negotiation, and closing.

  • Master the Datagrid Value Proposition: Become an expert in communicating how Datagrid’s AI Agents automate workflows, connect disparate systems (from Procore and Salesforce to Excel and SharePoint), and deliver tangible business outcomes.

  • Engage C-Level Executives: Establish and nurture relationships with key accounts to generate new business and expand revenue. Structure and negotiate business terms and contracts with line-of-business leaders, procurement, and C-level executives.

  • Refine the Sales Process: Work closely with sales operations and enablement to continuously improve our sales playbook, tools, and processes to maximize efficiency and success.

  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Identify product improvements and new opportunities by staying current on customer needs, industry trends, and market activities. Provide critical feedback from the field to our product and marketing teams.

  • Travel: Expect to travel (25% - 50%) to meet with clients, prospects, and team members in our offices.

What we’re looking for:
  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with a proven track record of identifying and closing six- to seven-figure contracts in a SaaS environment.

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role (Manager or Director level), directly managing and developing Account Executives and building high-performance teams.

  • A True Player-Coach: You have front-line enterprise selling experience and are just as comfortable leading a team as you are rolling up your sleeves to help close a deal.

  • Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated experience executing sales leadership methodologies and taking full ownership of all aspects of territory management, from planning to execution.

  • Expert in SaaS Metrics: Extensive knowledge of enterprise SaaS business models, key metrics (ARR, LTV, CAC), and modern sales funnels.

  • An Evangelist for New Technology: You have a genuine passion for AI and automation and can clearly articulate the value of a technical, workflow-based solution to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possess a perfect mix of curiosity, ambition, resilience, and optimism.

  • Value-Driven Mindset: Experience with solution selling, navigating complex organizations, selling to multiple stakeholders, and building business cases based on ROI and operational efficiency.

If you are a proven sales leader excited by the opportunity to build and scale a team at the forefront of the AI revolution, we encourage you to apply.
