We’re scaling rapidly, backed by leading European VCs, and are looking for an ambitious Sales Director (North East Region) to help accelerate our enterprise SaaS growth.

The opportunity

You’ll own the full enterprise sales cycle, from pipeline generation through to close and expansion. You’ll sell to senior decision-makers across leading logistics, retail and supply chain organisations, positioning Dexory as a strategic technology partner and delivering clear, measurable business value.

You’ll work closely with Business Development, Solutions, Product, Marketing and Implementation to build a world-class customer experience and help develop a scalable, predictable enterprise sales motion.

What you’ll do

  • Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and manage a high-value enterprise pipeline.
  • Lead complex six-figure SaaS sales from prospecting through negotiation and close.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
  • Develop account strategies and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Sell on business value, ROI and measurable operational outcomes.
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver successful customer outcomes.
  • Build relationships with technology partners and system integrators.
  • Help continuously improve our sales methodology, forecasting and GTM motion.

What we’re looking for

  • 6+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, ideally in SaaS, data, AI or technology.
  • Proven experience leading a successful sales team
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience closing complex, six-figure enterprise deals.
  • Strong C-suite selling and commercial negotiation experience.
  • Consultative, value-led sales approach.
  • Experience with logistics, retail, supply chain or technology partners is a strong advantage.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong pipeline discipline and commercial judgement.

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing technology company at a pivotal stage and have a direct impact on revenue growth, GTM strategy and category creation.

You’ll help sell a genuinely differentiated technology solution, work with some of the world’s largest enterprises and play a key role in building our global sales organisation.
