Description

Vega is one of the fastest-growing startups in cybersecurity, redefining security analytics and operations with an AI-native platform for the SOC!

We are building the next-generation operating system for security teams. Vega is already delivering real impact at some of the world’s largest organizations - improving detection, unlocking the value of their security data, and reducing cost and complexity. With HQs in New York and TLV, we're looking for people who want to be a part of the next rocket-ship in cyber.

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Director of Sales Enablement to design, launch, and run a complete enablement program for our growing sales team. You will turn scattered training and content into a consistent program covering onboarding, product knowledge, sales process, and ongoing skill development.

You will work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and product, and you will know when to build in-house and when to bring in outside partners for larger sales transformation work.

What You'll Do

  • Design and own the end-to-end enablement program: onboarding, product training, sales process, and continuous learning.
  • Build a structured new-hire onboarding program that shortens ramp time.
  • Partner with product marketing to turn product and marketing materials into practical sales tools such as talk tracks, battlecards, and discovery guides.
  • Run regular enablement sessions, certifications, and knowledge checks.
  • Select and manage the enablement tech stack (LMS, content platform, conversation intelligence).
  • Identify when external training vendors or consultants are needed and manage those engagements.
  • Define and report enablement metrics tied to ramp time, activity, and pipeline.
Requirements

What You Bring

  • 6–10 years in sales enablement, with at least 2 years building or leading an enablement program in B2B SaaS.
  • Some direct sales experience (e.g., SDR, AE, or sales engineering) so you understand the rep's day-to-day.
  • Track record of building onboarding and training programs from scratch.
  • Experience working with sales leadership, product marketing, and RevOps.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Comfort with enablement platforms and using data to measure program impact.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling or enabling teams that sell cybersecurity or complex technical products.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or Challenger.
  • Experience managing external training vendors.

What Success Looks Like

  • A documented, repeatable onboarding program is live within the first 90 days.
  • Measurable reduction in new-hire ramp time within the first year.
  • Reps and managers regularly use enablement content and view the program as useful.
