We are shaping the future of work itself.

About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Enablement Lead to own onboarding, training, and coaching for Skan's go-to-market team. This role owns everything a rep needs to be effective: product knowledge, how to execute the sales methodology, how to work with GSI, consulting, and advisory partners, and the coaching that closes skill gaps as they show up.
You will build a systematic view of where reps are struggling and why — drawing on win/loss reviews, call recordings, manager input, and direct conversations with the field — and turn what you learn into targeted enablement assets, training, and coaching plans. You own the full loop from diagnosis to delivered training to measured impact.
The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related field at a B2B SaaS company, has built and run a new-hire onboarding program from scratch, and is comfortable translating field feedback into rep-ready content.

Key Responsibilities

New Hire Onboarding
  • Own and continuously improve Skan's sales onboarding program, ensuring new reps ramp to productivity quickly and consistently.
  • Build structured onboarding curriculum covering product knowledge, ICP/personas, sales process, competitive positioning, and tools.
  • Own new-hire certification: define what “ramped” means and measure time-to-first-deal and time-to-quota.
Sales Methodology Enablement
  • Train reps on Skan's sales methodology and stage-by-stage process, ensuring consistent execution in the field.
  • Build and maintain battlecards, objection-handling guides, and deal-specific playbooks that reflect the current process.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Product Management to translate product releases into rep-ready training and certification.
Voice of the Field & Coaching
  • Systematically capture what data alone can't show — win/loss themes, rep feedback, call recordings, and manager input — on where reps struggle and why.
  • Deliver ongoing coaching and skill-building programs for reps and frontline managers, including call reviews, deal reviews, and role-plays.
  • Close the loop with reps and managers on what changed as a result of their feedback.
Partner Motion Enablement
  • Train reps on how, when, and why to engage GSI, consulting, and advisory partners in deals.
  • Partner with the Partnerships team to build and deliver co-sell playbooks and partner engagement training.
  • Ensure reps understand deal registration, attribution, and co-sell processes across partner motions.
Performance Analysis & Enablement Design
  • Monitor rep and team performance trends — win rates, ramp time, deal outcomes — to identify where enablement should intervene.
  • Design and deliver targeted enablement assets and training plans that directly address the root causes behind underperformance.
  • Measure whether each enablement intervention actually moved the metric that triggered it, and iterate on what doesn't work.
Key Metrics for Success
  • Time-to-Productivity: Average ramp time for new reps to close their first deal and reach full quota capacity.
  • Onboarding Completion & Certification: Percentage of new hires certified on schedule.
  • Field Feedback Loop Closure: Percentage of significant field-reported issues that result in a tracked enablement change.
  • Insight-to-Action Velocity: Time from identifying a performance issue to shipping a targeted enablement response, and measurable improvement in the underlying metric.
  • Win Rate & Quota Attainment: Improvement in win rate and rep quota attainment tied to enablement initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or field sales at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record building and running an onboarding program from scratch, including measurable improvements in ramp time.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales process and methodology (MEDDIC, Command of the Message, or similar).
  • Experience training reps on partner-sourced or partner-influenced motions (GSI, SI, or advisory) preferred.
  • Comfortable synthesizing performance data and direct field feedback into rep-ready training and coaching.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and content-development skills; comfortable presenting to and coaching both new hires and tenured reps.
  • Process intelligence, agentic AI, RPA, or automation domain experience a plus.

Why Join Skan AI?
  • Be part of a category-creating company building the full agentic lifecycle.
  • Directly shape how Skan's go-to-market team ramps, sells, and grows.

  • Competitive compensation and equity opportunities.
