Build Netic’s sales enablement function from zero, including onboarding, certification, training, playbooks, battlecards, sales metrics, launch readiness, and enablement sessions. Analyze ramp time, conversion data, call recordings, and win-loss results to identify skill gaps and improve sales performance. Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, Product, and Marketing to translate complex AI products into effective talk tracks, demos, and objection handling.
The summary above was generated by AI

Netic is the AI revenue engine for essential services who are the backbone of the American economy. With $43M in funding from Founders Fund, Greylock, Hanabi, and Dylan Field who led our Series B, we helped our customers book hundreds of thousands of jobs across services industries in North America. There are now companies operating entirely AI-first on Netic.

You’ll join our team with relentless builders from Scale, Databricks, HRT, Meta, MIT, Stanford, and Harvard in bringing frontier AI to the physical economy, where the problems are hard, the data is complex, and the impact is immediate and tangible.

The role

You'll be Netic's first Sales Enablement hire. There's no onboarding program, content library or training cadence to inherit: you'll design how reps ramp, what they learn and how we measure whether it works. You'll work directly with sales leadership, Sales Ops and Product, and the programs you build in your first year will train every rep we hire after.

We run enablement as an operating function, not an events calendar. Every program has a metric behind it, from time-to-first-deal to win rate by talk track, and you'll decide what to build, keep or cut based on the data.

What you'll do
  • Build the onboarding program from zero: a ramp plan from day one to first closed deal, with certification milestones and time-to-ramp tracked by cohort.

  • Define the enablement metrics (ramp time, attainment by tenure, content usage, win rate by play) and review them with sales leadership alongside Sales Ops.

  • Diagnose skill gaps with data. Use call recordings, stage conversion and win/loss analysis to find where reps lose deals, then build targeted training to close the gap.

  • Become a subject-matter expert on Netic's AI agents and the home services businesses we sell to, and turn that into talk tracks, demos and objection handling reps use on their next call.

  • Build and run the sales hub: playbooks, battlecards and customer stories. Track what reps use, measure what moves deals, and retire the rest.

  • Run launch readiness for new products and pricing with Product and Marketing, so reps are certified before a change goes live.

  • Plan sales kickoffs and QBR enablement sessions, and keep reps informed of process and tool changes.

What success looks like in year one
  • A documented onboarding program, with time-to-first-deal measured for every cohort and trending down.

  • Enablement metrics reviewed with sales leadership every quarter.

  • A sales hub reps use daily, with usage and impact tracked.

  • A launch-readiness process that certifies every rep before a product or pricing change ships.

What you bring
  • 3+ years in sales enablement, sales training, sales operations or a quota-carrying sales role in B2B SaaS.

  • A track record of building an enablement program or function from zero, not only running an existing one.

  • Comfort with data. You can pull ramp and conversion metrics from Salesforce or a call-recording tool and use them to decide what to build next.

  • You can lead a room: confident facilitating training for reps and leaders alike.

  • A knack for turning complex products and processes into simple, clear steps.

  • Strong organization; you can run several programs at once without dropping one.

Nice to have
  • Experience as the first enablement hire at a startup.

  • Experience with Gong, Highspot, Seismic, Lessonly or similar tools.

  • Experience selling to SMB or owner-operated businesses, or knowledge of the trades.

Our values

  2. Every second counts

  3. Sweat the details

  4. There are no blockers

  5. Be self-directed

  6. Seek and speak the truth

  7. Enjoy the ride
