Position Summary:
Onit is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to design and deliver performance-focused enablement within a complex enterprise SaaS sales organization.
This is a build-and-facilitate role. You will design hybrid learning experiences that combine structured digital learning with high-impact live activation sessions. You are responsible for building the full learning arc - from digital pre-work (eLearning) to applied, role-based workshops - and ensuring that training translates into measurable improvements in discovery quality, value articulation, deal progression, and pipeline execution.
You will operate as a performance partner to Sales Leadership, helping standardize enterprise selling practices, reinforce methodology adoption, and elevate execution consistency across new and tenured sellers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-impact workshops for new hires and tenured enterprise sellers
- Facilitate applied skill development through structured roleplays tied to real buyer scenarios and active deals
- Design hybrid enablement programs combining digital learning and live activation
- Build sequenced skill progression aligned to enterprise sales competencies and methodology standards
- Ensure sellers can clearly articulate Onit’s differentiation across industries, personas, and use cases
- Own and evolve onboarding curricula to accelerate ramp and field readiness
- Design and build scalable eLearning modules using modern authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360) and LMS platforms
- Reinforce consistent execution standards across the defined sales stages
- Support adoption and reinforcement of enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., SPICED, MEDDPICC, Challenger)
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps to align enablement priorities
- Measure enablement impact through skill adoption, behavior change, and execution consistency
Required Skills:
- 5+ years in sales enablement, field training, or performance coaching
- 3+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS sales (quota-carrying experience preferred)
- Strong fluency in SPICED or comparable enterprise sales methodologies
- Demonstrated experience designing hybrid learning programs (digital + live activation)
- Experience supporting onboarding, product enablement, and competitive readiness initiatives
- Exceptional facilitation presence and confidence leading experienced sellers
- Strong instructional design foundation and understanding of adult learning principles
- Experience partnering cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into program refinement
- High ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives from concept through measurable field impact
At Onit, we’re committed to offering fair and competitive compensation. In addition to base pay, associates are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The final base salary you receive will reflect factors such as your skills, education, experience, and work location.
Benefits & Perks That Support You:
Onit offers a comprehensive total rewards package designed to support the whole employee at work and beyond:
