At Compass, our mission is to help everyone find their place in the world. Founded in 2012, we’re revolutionizing the real estate industry with our end-to-end platform that empowers residential real estate agents to deliver exceptional service to seller and buyer clients.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to help scale how our sales team learns, operates, and wins. You will own the execution of core systems behind our sales organization, in close partnership with the Director of Sales Enablement, including onboarding, content, communications, and training programs, and continuously improve them to drive measurable rep performance. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales Enablement, you will work closely with Sales, Product, and RevOps as a key cross-functional partner.

Please note: this role is 100% in-office either in our Beverly Hills or Calabasas Office.

What You Will Own

  • Manage our monthly enablement sessions, continuously refining content and format to drive real impact on rep performance.
  • Produce our monthly Growth Bulletin, translating cross-functional updates into clear, actionable insights reps actually read and use.
  • Evolve our knowledge base into a true source of truth that is organized, current, and easy to use in the flow of work.
  • Translate product updates and rep feedback into practical talk tracks and resources reps can immediately apply.
  • Lead execution of high-priority initiatives such as launches, programs, and new processes from concept to rollout.
  • Proactively gather field insights and surface patterns that inform improvements across content and training.

Who You Are

  • High-ownership operator: You take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks, and care deeply about the impact of your work on team performance.
  • Proactive problem solver: You identify gaps and act on them, bringing solutions rather than just observations.
  • Strong communicator: You distill complex ideas into clear, practical messaging that people understand and use.
  • Systems thinker: You are comfortable using data to evaluate what is working, spot trends, and build for scale.

What This Role Requires

  • 2 to 4 years in sales enablement, revenue operations, sales training, or a closely related role.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, with the ability to pull data and translate it into enablement insight.
  • Experience with an LMS platform such as WorkRamp, Highspot, Seismic, or comparable.
  • Strong working knowledge of AI tools and how to apply them to accelerate content creation, research, and program development.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and self-prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity, figuring things out rather than waiting to be told.

Tools

  • Salesforce
  • WorkRamp or comparable LMS
  • AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar)
  • Google Workspace or equivalent

This role is a great fit if you are energized by building and improving systems, not just maintaining them. If you would rather own outcomes than manage a checklist, we would love to hear from you.

The salary pay range for this position is $95,000 - $101,000; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location.
