About Reducto

Reducto is the agentic document platform for leading AI teams who demand enterprise performance at scale. We provide a comprehensive toolkit for working with documents the way a human would, combining custom in-house and leading frontier models to power efficient and accurate document workflows.

We’ve grown rapidly, increasing revenue 8x year over year and partnering with hundreds of companies, from leading AI teams like Harvey, Vanta, and Scale, to enterprise customers across FAANG and top trading firms.

Reducto has raised over $100M from world-class investors including a16z, Benchmark, and First Round Capital, and are hiring an Enablement Manager who can architect how our GTM team learns, understands, and articulates Reducto's product value to customers — translating product strategy into field readiness, driving product adoption, and turning every new feature into measurable customer impact.

This is a senior IC role that owns the full lifecycle of product enablement across presales and post-sales GTM - from discovery and curriculum design through delivery, measurement, and iteration. You will partner closely with product, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure every customer-facing teammate can confidently sell, implement, and expand Reducto.

We'd love to meet you if you:
  • Execution Focus: You're a highly motivated self-starter who thrives at the intersection of product and GTM. You understand that at this stage, execution is everything — you'll own enablement end-to-end, from curriculum design through delivery, measurement, and iteration, without waiting to be told what to build next.

  • Experience: You have 8-10 years in product enablement, GTM enablement, or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering programs that move revenue and adoption metrics. You've thrived in high-growth environments where adaptability is essential. Bonus if you've previously carried a quota or worked in PMM or customer success.

  • Curriculum Design & Adult Learning: You're an expert in designing engaging, results-oriented training grounded in adult learning principles. You can produce video tutorials, e-learning modules, certifications, webinars, and live sessions that people actually retain — not just complete.

  • Product Acumen: You can quickly grasp complex technical products and translate them into field-ready training and documentation. You understand the AI/ML landscape and know how to make a sophisticated product feel obvious to both technical and business buyers.

  • Data-Driven Mindset: You define KPIs, track enablement ROI, and use data to drive continuous improvement. Time-to-proficiency, adoption rates, feature utilization, expansion impact, and NPS are second nature, and you can present clear, data-driven insights to leadership.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You build trust quickly across product, sales, marketing, and customer success. You can align diverse stakeholders around shared goals and turn product roadmaps into coordinated GTM motion. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity for any audience.

The core work will include:
  • Defining and executing Reducto's product enablement and training strategy across presales and post-sales GTM, aligned with product launches, business goals, and customer needs

  • Creating engaging and scalable training content

  • Partnering with product to ensure our help center, knowledge base, and customer-facing documentation are accurate, easy to understand, and up to date

  • Serving as the internal subject matter expert for customer-facing teams (sales, support, customer success) and delivering training sessions that make them confident sellers and implementers of Reducto

  • Working closely with engineering and marketing to translate roadmap and positioning into coordinated GTM execution

  • Defining and tracking success metrics (time-to-proficiency, adoption rates, feature utilization, expansion, NPS) and presenting data-driven insights to leadership

  • Staying ahead of product changes, the competitive landscape, and industry trends, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve enablement quality

  • Experimenting with AI-driven approaches to product knowledge testing and learner experience

Bonus points if you:
  • Have experience enabling teams selling AI/ML, infrastructure, or document processing products

  • Are fluent with enablement tooling — LMS platforms (e.g., Sana), content management (e.g., Seismic, Highspot), knowledge bases (e.g., Guru), and conversation intelligence (e.g., Gong)

  • Have built an enablement function from scratch at an early-stage startup

  • Use AI thoughtfully in your own workflows to amplify your output and the quality of your programs

This is an in-person role based in our San Francisco office. We’re an early-stage company, we move fast and work hard. Please apply only if that excites you.
