About Unify

Unify is building the first AI-powered system of action for revenue teams, helping companies transform outbound into a top-performing growth engine by making go-to-market execution observable, repeatable, and scalable. Founded in 2023 by leaders from Ramp and Scale AI, our team brings experience from companies like Airbnb, Meta, Waymo, Perplexity, Monday.com, and more.

Unify increased revenue by 8x in 2024 and serves customers including Perplexity, Cursor, SoFi, and Justworks. We’re a high energy, high intensity team that has raised $58M from Thrive, Emergence, OpenAI and others. We’re building the future of GTM - come join us!

About the Role

Unify is building the AI platform for go-to-market teams. As a Sales Engineer, you'll partner with our customers to solve real GTM problems, whether that's getting more pipeline from their existing data, integrating Unify into a complex tech stack, or automating processes with AI.

You'll be a trusted advisor to RevOps leaders and sales teams trying to make sense of a rapidly changing landscape. You'll meet them where they are, understand what they're trying to accomplish, and show them what's possible. When you see patterns across customers, you'll bring those back to shape what we build. This role sits at the center of the company. You'll work with sales to close deals, with product and engineering to influence our roadmap, and with marketing on how we talk about what we do.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with prospects to design how Unify fits their GTM stack and workflows

  • Lead technical conversations with RevOps, Sales, and IT stakeholders

  • Identify patterns across customers that point to product opportunities or gaps

  • Reframe problems when customers are asking for the wrong solution

  • Represent the customer's voice internally, i.e. what's working, what's confusing, what's missing

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role

  • Deep familiarity with the GTM tech stack, i.e. CRMs, enrichment providers, outbound tools, CDPs, data warehouses

  • Technical breadth with depth in at least one area (integrations, data pipelines, APIs)

  • Ability to lead a room, comfortable presenting to both operators and executives

  • Strong listener who can translate what customers say into what they actually need

  • Aligned with Unify’s values: humility, ownership, structured progress, and customer-first thinking.

  • Bonus: familiarity with Unify’s product offerings, RevOps tools, and integrations in the growth/marketing stack.

Compensation & Benefits

The expected salary range for this role is $200,000–$250,000, with eligibility for equity and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Final compensation is based on skills, experience, and role requirements.

Location & Privacy

This is an onsite role based in New York or San Francisco. By applying, you consent to the processing of your application materials in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.

Being in-person enables real-time collaboration, fosters creative problem-solving, and strengthens the connections that drive innovation and impact. You'll be at the center of our fast-paced operations, contributing to a culture that values engagement, growth, and teamwork.
