Through deep technical expertise and differentiated go-to-market execution, we win competitively, capture market share, and scale repeatable growth motions. We differentiate through value creation - delivering world-class, AI-powered customer experiences that accelerate adoption, strengthen loyalty, and create sustainable competitive advantage, driving growth that outpaces the market.

Within MCAPS Core, the Windows & Devices Sales (WDS) team unites the creation and delivery of Windows and device solutions to drive customer satisfaction globally. We work closely with a diverse ecosystem of partners and customers to ensure innovative solutions reach every market and segment.

As part of WDS, Commercial Device & Solution Sales (CDSS) exists to win the Windows platform in the AI era - bringing Microsoft's innovation to life at the edge for commercial customers through devices, partners, and solutions that drive real business outcomes.

We operate across the full commercial device ecosystem, partnering with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), distributors, resellers, Original Design Manufacturers (ODM), and silicon providers, and collaborating closely with Sales, GTM, Finance, and product teams. From planning and design through sell-in, sell-thru, and partner engagement, CDSS orchestrates the motions that bring AI-first commercial computing experiences to customers and drive durable business outcomes.

As a Sales Excellence, Windows Sales specialist, you serve as a strategic operator and trusted advisor to sales leadership, translating CDSS & Windows Sales strategy into focused execution across core business priorities. You connect initiatives, investments, customer targeting, and go-to-market execution into a coherent model that improves business performance and accountability. You shape decisions through insight-led analysis, sound business judgment, and a disciplined Rhythm of Business (RoB), ensuring leaders act on the highest-value opportunities, address risks early, and drive predictable performance across financial and non-financial metrics. You also act as a change agent—accelerating adoption of simplified motions, AI-enabled ways of working, and stronger sales process execution at scale.

This role is open to candidates based in the greater Seattle area or elsewhere within the United States and follows a hybrid work model requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.
