Managed Services Sales Executive

CSI is expanding our Managed Services presence and is looking for a seasoned Sales Executive to support and grow a strategic territory of established clients. This is a remote U.S.-based role with approximately 25% travel.
 

You’ll join a team of experienced sales professionals and CSI veterans who are focused on collaboration, innovation, and helping one another succeed. The ideal candidate brings deep Managed Services expertise, understands complex client environments, and is skilled at identifying growth opportunities within existing relationships.

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for growing revenue within an established portfolio of accounts by identifying, developing, and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities. This role requires a consultative approach, strong relationship and time management skills, and the ability to align CSI’s solutions to evolving client business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth within an assigned book of business by achieving or exceeding annual quota through upsell and cross-sell strategies

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders across a strategic territory

  • Identify, qualify, and develop expansion opportunities aligned to customer business objectives and long-term technology roadmaps

  • Maintain a robust pipeline through proactive account planning, client engagement, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams

  • Partner closely with internal teams to deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and solution strategies

  • Leverage industry knowledge, compliance awareness, and market trends to enhance CSI’s value proposition and increase win rates

  • Support customer success by ensuring ongoing alignment between client expectations and delivered services

  • Participate in client events, business reviews, and industry engagements to build relationships and identify new opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Managed Services, account management, or business development within existing client bases

  • Proven success in growing revenue within established accounts (upsell/cross-sell)

  • Experience with MSPs and/or MSSPs, preferably within the financial services or community banking sector

  • Strong executive presence, communication skills, and ability to influence stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and multi-threaded relationships
