Sales Executive

We're rebuilding what a B2B SaaS company looks like, with AI at the foundation. Solovis makes institutional capital work harder for the people it's meant to serve. Whether that's a single high-net-worth individual, a mission-driven endowment or foundation, the sovereign wealth fund of a country responsible for the future of its citizens, or any institutional investor in between. We provide portfolio intelligence built for institutional investors who manage across public and private markets. We give asset owners a single, real-time view of everything they hold so they can see further, move faster, and invest with conviction.

What makes us different is how we're building. AI runs through the way we operate as a company and the products we're bringing to market. We're not adding AI to a legacy platform. We're rearchitecting what portfolio intelligence looks like when AI is a first principle.

The Role

The people you will be selling to are sophisticated and expect you to know their world before you get on a call with them. We are looking for two kinds of people for this role: experienced sellers who know how to run a complex enterprise deal, and investment professionals, from roles like investor relations or client service, who have built real relationships with institutional investors and want to put that network to work. If you are the second kind, we will help you build the sales skills. The relationships and credibility you bring are what matter most.

Why Solovis

  • The OTE is competitive and the upside is uncapped, with base and variable structured to reward consistent performance so top performers can earn meaningfully above target.
  • You will be building a real greenfield territory, not inheriting someone else's capped book.
  • We are backed by Insight Partners and ST6, who bring capital, networks, and real experience scaling B2B SaaS businesses.
  • The executives here have built and sold enterprise software themselves, and that experience is there for you to draw on when you are working a deal.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success closing complex B2B deals OR you have spent years building relationships with institutional investors and have a book of business you would be excited to put to work.
  • You understand institutional investors, whether that means pensions, endowments, foundations, OCIOs, family offices, or sovereign wealth funds, and it shows within the first few minutes of a conversation.
  • You know how to use AI tools, internal subject matter experts, and available data to build a smarter path forward, without waiting for someone to hand it to you.
  • You are curious, direct, and composed when a deal gets complicated.

Requirements

  • 4+ years closing complex B2B SaaS deals in an enterprise sales cycle OR 4+ years in a role like investor relations or client service where you have built real relationships with institutional investors and are ready to put that network to work in a sales seat.
  • Real understanding of the investment management industry, ideally including institutional investors and asset owners such as pensions, endowments, foundations, OCIOs, family offices, or sovereign wealth funds.
  • Fully remote with approximately 25% travel
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Interview Process

We want this to be a great fit for both sides. If you move forward, you will complete a short set of aptitude and personality assessments before connecting with a recruiter. Everyone goes through them, from interns to our CEO. The invitation will come from a member of our recruiting team. Keep an eye on your inbox, and check your spam folder just in case.
