About the Role

We’re looking for motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of sales experience who is confident speaking with prospects, enjoys building relationships, and is driven by results.

You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging potential customers, and guiding them through the sales process from first contact to close.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound efforts

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs

  • Present solutions clearly and professionally

  • Manage leads and opportunities through the sales pipeline

  • Follow up consistently and maintain accurate CRM records

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and customer experience

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (B2B or B2C)

  • Comfortable with phone, email, and virtual communication

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented

  • Ability to manage time and priorities effectively

  • Basic experience using CRMs or sales tools (preferred, not required)
