About the Team

Droyd builds autonomous robotic systems that automate repetitive manual work in real environments. We design and manufacture our hardware in-house, which means iteration, fabrication, and execution all happen under one roof.

We're building toward enterprise deployments, and strong commercial execution is critical to turning technical progress into real customer relationships. Our sales effort is focused on opening doors, building trust with the right buyers, and creating momentum with customers in the data center ecosystem.

About the Role

As a Sales Executive at Droyd, you will help build the company's early sales motion. You will use your network and commercial experience to open conversations, develop opportunities, and help close early enterprise relationships.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong rolodex in data centers or adjacent enterprise infrastructure markets who wants to help build a category-defining robotics company.

This role is based on-site in San Francisco, CA.

In This Role, You'll

Pipeline & Relationships

  • Develop and manage relationships with enterprise buyers and industry contacts

  • Open new opportunities through your network and outbound effort

  • Help shape and run customer conversations from intro through deal progression

Strategic Sales

  • Work closely with leadership on strategic accounts and commercial priorities

  • Represent Droyd at meetings, events, and industry gatherings

Building the Playbook

  • Help build the early sales playbook as the company grows

  • Feed customer learnings back into product and GTM strategy

Work Environment & Schedule

  • On-site in San Francisco, CA

  • Full-time

Compensation: $140K–$180K base salary ($280K–$360K OTE), plus equity

We're Looking For Candidates Who

  • Have strong sales experience in enterprise or infrastructure markets

  • Have a strong rolodex in data centers or related industries

  • Can build trust quickly with senior buyers and operators

  • Are highly driven and comfortable in an early-stage environment

  • Can operate with high ownership and close collaboration with leadership

Nice to have:

  • Background at AWS, Meta, or adjacent infrastructure ecosystems

  • Experience in commission-driven or founder-led sales environments

  • Experience selling technical products into enterprise customers
