Freeosk is seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by building and executing innovative Experiential Retail Media programs for leading CPG brands.

In this role, you will partner closely with Retail Media Networks (RMNs) and brand stakeholders to uncover business goals and deliver data-driven, omnichannel solutions that drive measurable in-store and digital sales outcomes. You’ll own and grow a book of business while identifying and closing new opportunities within your vertical.

This is a consultative, client-facing role requiring strong commercial acumen, the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, and a passion for translating insights into impactful campaigns.

We work in a distributed environment. Our office is in Chicago, but you can be located within the continental United States. There will be travel required for this role.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $115,000, with additional incentive compensation tied to performance. Total on-target earnings (OTE) will vary based on quota attainment. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills and experience.

What You'll Do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of brand relationships, delivering against quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Retain and expand existing clients, driving repeat and incremental revenue year-over-year
  • Identify, develop, and close net new business opportunities within assigned verticals
  • Build and deliver strategic proposals aligned to client business goals and Freeosk’s differentiators
  • Partner with Retail Media Networks and internal teams to execute high-impact campaigns
  • Drive deals from initial engagement through close, including stakeholder alignment and objection handling
  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline (Salesforce)

  • Maintain strong client retention and grow top accounts year-over-year
  • Build a healthy pipeline with sufficient coverage
  • Close a mix of new and existing business across Freeosk’s product portfolio
  • Establish trusted relationships with RMN partners and client stakeholders

Who You Are

    You are a consultative seller who brings insight, challenges client thinking, and connects solutions to measurable business impact. You thrive in complex sales environments and know how to build consensus across multiple stakeholders.

Skills, Background, and Experience

  • 4–6 years of quota-carrying sales experience in media, ad tech, or retail media
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, with experience managing a book of business in the $2M+ range annually
  • Experience working with CPG brands and/or Retail Media Networks strongly preferred
  • Background in selling data-driven, performance-based media solutions
  • Strong ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments and influence decision makers
  • Deep understanding of client business models and marketing objectives
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and QuickSuite
