Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $700M in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
About the role:
We're looking for a Sales Director to lead and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives while remaining deeply involved in our most important customer opportunities.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to build in a fast-moving environment. You'll own team revenue performance, develop exceptional sales talent, drive forecasting and pipeline discipline, and work directly with our CRO and executive team to evolve Higgsfield's enterprise sales motion.

The right person combines strong commercial judgment with operational rigor and isn't afraid to get directly involved when a critical deal needs help.

What you'll do:

  • Lead, coach, and scale a team of Account Executives responsible for significant new business revenue.

  • Own team quota attainment, pipeline coverage, forecasting, and overall sales execution.

  • Recruit and develop exceptional sales talent as the organization scales.

  • Personally engage in high-value strategic opportunities, including executive relationships, negotiations, and complex deal strategy.

  • Establish a high bar for prospecting, account planning, multi-threading, pipeline management, and forecast accuracy.

  • Build repeatable sales processes while preserving the speed and flexibility of an early-stage GTM organization.

  • Partner with the CRO on territory design, quotas, compensation, hiring, and broader sales strategy.

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, and Engineering to accelerate strategic opportunities and remove blockers.

  • Translate customer and market feedback into actionable insights for company leadership.

  • Build a culture of urgency, accountability, strong judgment, and consistently high performance.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of B2B technology sales experience, including 3+ years leading high-performing sales teams.

  • Demonstrated success selling and leading teams responsible for complex, high-value enterprise deals.

  • Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.

  • Experience recruiting, coaching, and developing high-performing Account Executives.

  • Exceptional command of pipeline management, forecasting, and sales execution.

  • Ability to operate effectively in a rapidly evolving environment with limited existing structure.

  • Strong executive presence and experience engaging senior customer stakeholders.

  • Highly analytical and comfortable using data to diagnose performance and drive decisions.

  • Strong commercial judgment and willingness to personally engage in critical deals.

  • Genuine interest in generative AI and the future of creative technology.

Experience scaling GTM teams at high-growth AI, SaaS, developer platform, advertising, or creative technology companies is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:

  • We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.

  • Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $200,000 - $275,000, depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.

  • Equity: In addition to cash compensation, employees are eligible to participate in the company’s stock option program and share in Higgsfield AI’s long-term growth.

  • Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees professionally and personally, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and additional benefits and perks.

  • The opportunity to work on ambitious AI products alongside a highly experienced, fast-moving, and international team.

  • Significant ownership, direct impact, and opportunities for professional growth as the company scales.
