About Plymouth Street

Our mission is to enable the best builders in the world to build in the U.S., no matter where they were born. We build technology that helps Silicon Valley's fastest-growing companies, incubators, and investors navigate immigration. More than half of Silicon Valley startups have at least one immigrant founder – and only by bridging the gap between talent and opportunity can we power innovation. Read more here, here, and here.

The Role

You'll own Plymouth's revenue engine – from sales calls to the systems, processes, and team that scale it. We already have strong inbound demand, so success is less about prospecting and more about earning trust and building a repeatable sales motion.

You'll experiment with new ways to sell, own important accounts, work closely with the founder and marketing, and eventually build the team that carries that motion forward.

What You'll Own
  • Managing employer conversations, own accounts, and oversee the sales cycle from first engagement through close.

  • Design and continuously improve Plymouth's sales process to increase conversion and efficiency.

  • Partner with marketing to generate more qualified demand and improve conversion.

  • Own forecasting, pipeline reviews, CRM hygiene, and revenue reporting.

  • Build long-term relationships with founders, operators, investors, and referral partners.

  • Hire and lead the sales organization as the company grows.

Who You Are
  • 4+ years in sales with a track record of exceeding revenue targets, ideally in startups, B2B SaaS, or professional services.

  • Experienced running consultative sales processes with founders and executives.

  • Process-minded – you've built or materially improved a sales motion, not just worked within one.

  • Excited to sell personally today and build a team tomorrow.

  • Comfortable using CRM and pipeline data to improve how a sales organization operates.

  • Clear, persuasive communicator who builds trust quickly.

Bonus:

  • Experience in immigration, legal, another regulated industry, or selling into high-growth technology companies.

Why Join Now

Plymouth is still small enough that one person can fundamentally shape the trajectory of the company, but established enough to work with many of Silicon Valley's fastest-growing startups from day one. You'll define the sales motion, work directly with leadership, and play a central role in how the company grows over the next several years.
