What You’ll Do

CoreWeave's Greenfield Accounts organization is responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding CoreWeave's presence across untapped markets and territories, with aligned Solution Architect coverage supporting technical qualification, deal execution, and customer outcomes.

This team sits inside a fast-moving revenue organization and is built to drive new logo growth, open new verticals, and bring new customers onto CoreWeave's AI-native platform and broader cloud portfolio.

About the Role

CoreWeave is seeking a Sales Manager for Greenfield Accounts to lead a team of Account Executives focused on new business acquisition within assigned territories.

This role is responsible for building pipeline, accelerating new logo growth, and leading a high-performing field team in a complex and competitive environment. The right candidate will combine strong frontline sales leadership with operating rigor, cross-functional coordination, and a high bar for new business execution. You will help build a prospecting-first culture, develop opportunity pipelines from the ground up, improve territory coverage, and represent a consolidated view of new business performance to senior leaders.

In this role, you will:

  • Build and manage a field sales team focused on greenfield accounts and new customer acquisition.
  • Drive new logo growth and pipeline generation across assigned territories.
  • Exceed team revenue goals through strong inspection, coaching, and disciplined new business execution.
  • Scale an integrated go-to-market motion across sales, Solutions Architects, partners, product, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers while helping the team build executive and working-level engagement from the ground up.
  • Run operating cadences across the team, including forecast calls, pipeline inspection, 1:1s, team meetings, and leadership reviews.
  • Clarify territory ownership, manage account coverage, and partner with leadership and RevOps on changes that improve productivity and reduce friction.
  • Own the talent strategy and outcomes for the team, including hiring, performance management, promotion readiness, and leadership development.
  • Support onboarding, product fluency, and consistent new business execution as the team scales.
Who You Are
  • 10+ years of technology sales, business development, or related experience.
  • 5+ years of people management experience leading sales teams focused on new business acquisition.
  • Experience hiring and leading teams focused on acquiring net new enterprise customers.
  • Strong track record of coaching teams on pipeline generation, prospecting, and new logo revenue performance.
  • Experience leading teams in cloud, infrastructure, AI platform, or other complex technical sales environments.
  • Experience leading through cross-functional environments that include technical, partner, and product stakeholders.
  • Strong operating discipline in Salesforce and territory governance.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred

Experience managing territory-based new business teams across distributed geographies.Experience building repeatable prospecting and pipeline generation motions in fast-growth environments.Experience balancing new logo growth, talent development, and internal operating cadences at the same time.

The base salary range for this role is $149,000 to $198,0000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
