Who we’re looking for 

We’re looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives focused on acquiring new business through inside sales, technical demonstrations, and supporting deals to close, and more. In this role, you’ll drive a high performance, high accountability culture. You’ll develop and own key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Account Executive team while consistently monitoring and tracking results and driving team execution to meet and exceed sales goals. The primary responsibilities for our next Sales Manager will be to: 

  • Lead a team of Account Executives to develop and close lead opportunities, resulting in new revenue for Fieldwire 
  • Attract, hire, and retain high performing Account Executives through multiple recruiting channels 
  • Drive a performance culture within the Account Executive team  
  • Provide training and support to the team to better understand the role, Fieldwire’s products (industry, market, proposition), and best practices for inside sales 
  • Regularly conduct customer calls and presentation reviews with your direct reports to support their continuous development 
  • Consistently conduct pipeline and deal reviews with reps; help reps win deals via onsite presentations, negotiations, and deal strategy 
  • Work closely with sales leadership and reps to ensure lead quality, quantity, and proper follow up 
  • Provide detailed analysis and reporting on the team’s performance as well as accurate forecasts to sales leadership based on individual performance and historical trends 
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity 

At Fieldwire, we’re looking for our next Sales Manager to have the following skills and experiences 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (required) 
  • 3+ years in quota-carrying software sales (preferably in a SaaS environment) 
  • 2-3+ years of management experience in a sales environment 
  • Track record in hiring, developing, and promoting sales representatives 
  • Proven experience selling via product demonstrations, email, and social selling 
  • Experience using and implementing a sales methodology 
  • Consistent track record of 100%+ of quota achievement as an individual contributor 
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce 
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to establish relationships with C-Suite level executives

Compensation: 

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows: $120,000 - $150,000 

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to the salary, you may be eligible for a compensation variable bonus which can range from $52,650 - $64,350.

Where is the job located? 

This role is fully remote within the United States. Our headquarters are based in beautiful San Francisco and our office is centrally located right off of Embarcadero Bart station.
