- Oversee active customers across multiple deal stages
- Ensure every deal is progressing
- Performance & Conversion
- Drive lead → reservation → sale conversion across the team
- Identify breakdown points and fix them in real time
- Speed & Execution
- Enforce and maintain fast response times and consistent follow-up
- Eliminate delays in deal progression, contracting, and handoffs
- Process & Team Development
- Train and uphold Ever’s defined sales workflow
- Ensure every deal is handled cleanly, consistently, and correctly
- Coach reps using real pipeline data and live deals
- Hold team accountable to performance standards daily
- Work closely with Finance and Operations to move deals forward
- Quickly resolve blockers impacting delivery timelines
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in sales management experience preferred
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume sales pipeline
- Strong CRM experience
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Data-driven and performance-focused mindset
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Compensation & Benefits
