We have ambitious goals and are expanding our remote team with an eye towards new sales enablement products and technologies for our customers. We are looking for more team members who care passionately about doing a thing right and then seeing how to make it even better. 

This role is currently remote with a goal to potentially become hybrid with a schedule based on input from the hired candidate. Some travel to NYC and Denver, Colorado will be required.

What you can expect as a Sales Manager at Visiting Media:

In this role you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and leading a high-performing sales team of Account Executives. You will work closely with sales leadership to develop and implement strategic sales plans and cultivate strong relationships with key hospitality customers. You will mentor and coach Account Executives, ensuring the team is engaged, motivated, and productive. We anticipate some of your overall responsibilities to be: 

  • Develop, and lead a growing team of Account Executives in all phases of the selling process to achieve agreed-upon financial targets and performance metrics
  • Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to ensure above-quota results based on successful pipeline management
  • Support the team with executive interactions and managing the end-to-end customer relationship
  • Foster a culture of personal development and mentorship
  • Develop and implement best practices to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, forecasting accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Accelerate Visiting Media’s continued artificial intelligence (AI) adoption and execution within the sales organization

What previous experience will likely set you for success:

  • 2+ years in a SaaS sales leadership role
  • 5+ years of overall SaaS sales experience
  • Experience in hospitality and/or selling SaaS to hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding goals as an individual contributor as well as a sales manager.
  • High proficiency in Salesforce CRM reporting and processes
  • Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Outreach, Chorus.ai, and Zoominfo
  • Experience delivering sales training programs, including onboarding new reps and ongoing skill development.
  • Hands-on experience with sales enablement strategies, tools, and content that improve rep productivity and deal outcomes

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, and a variety of other perks. As a remote company we’ll help ensure you have the tools needed to work from wherever you are. Our best estimate of the annual base compensation range for this opportunity is $125,000 - $135,000 with a 20% annual bonus opportunity.
