Job Summary


The Senior Sales Manager will lead SiTime’s sales strategy for specific accounts specifically targeting the Communications, Enterprise, and Datacenter sectors. In an era where AI workloads demand unprecedented synchronization, this role is pivotal in displacing legacy timing technologies with SiTime’s high-performance MEMS solutions. You will be responsible for driving design-ins at the architectural level, fostering deep technical relationships with Tier-1 AI infrastructure providers, and identifying new business opportunities in the rapidly expanding hardware ecosystemIt is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Market Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to capture market share in AI-driven data centers and high-speed communications.
  • Technical Design-In Focus: Position SiTime’s precision timing as a critical enabler for AI clusters and enterprise hardware.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Engineering, and Business Unit Leadership to 1. secure long-term design wins; and 2. ensure SiTime’s roadmap aligns with the rigorous demands of the AI/Datacenter market.
  • Data-Driven Growth: Utilize CRM and sales analytics to monitor design-win pipelines, forecast revenue accurately, and optimize the sales process.

 

Qualifications & Requirements (Education must be included): 


Minimum:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related technical/professional field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive sales experience in the semiconductor or high-tech hardware industry.
  • Leadership: As a Sales Leader, a proven track record of managing and driving high-impact sales teams.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Semiconductor Sales ecosystem


Preferred:

  • Industry Expertise: Direct experience selling into AI infrastructure, networking, or data center accounts.
  • Technical Savvy: Familiarity with timing/synchronization challenges 
  • Growth Mindset: Experience navigating fast-paced, high-growth environments with a "disruptor" product mindset.
  • Education: MBA or advanced technical degree.

 

Desired Characteristics & Attributes:

  • Strategic Precision: Ability to translate complex technical advantages (e.g., stability under vibration/heat) into clear business value for executive-level customers.
  • Negotiation: Expert-level interpersonal and negotiation skills used to close high-value, long-cycle design wins.
  • Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in CRM and advanced analytics to guide resource allocation and efficiency.

 

Compensation Range: 

 

At SiTime, we believe great work deserves great rewards. We offer a comprehensive and highly competitive compensation package designed to attract top talent. 

The annual base salary range for this role is $104,000.00 - $156,000.00. The final offer is determined by factors such as location, experience, education, and training.

In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for the Sales Commission Plan, paid out quarterly based on achievement of sales objectives and goals. We also offer equity grants, providing a meaningful opportunity to share in the company’s future growth and success.
