Position Overview:

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Graduates to join our team. As a Sales & Marketing Interns, you will gain hands-on experience in hunting new customers, sales strategies, customer relationship management, market research and involve in organization’s marketing activities. You’ll work closely with our leadership team and will contribute to our business growth.

This is a full-time paid internship for a duration of 6 months. Interns will receive a monthly stipend during the internship period. Based on performance, candidates may be offered a full-time permanent position upon successful completion of the internship. Top performers will have a strong opportunity to transition into a long-term role within the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

These are the high-level activities we expect the individual to learn and execute during the internship.

  • Lead Generation: Generating sales leads through calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
  • Client Interaction: Communicating with clients, vendors, and suppliers, often assisting in maintaining relationships.
  • Sales Support: Assisting in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and managing email campaigns.
  • Administrative Tasks: Updating sales records, managing customer databases, and maintaining accurate documentation. 
  • Meeting Participation: Attending and participating in sales meetings, workshops, and industry events.
  • Sales Processes: Observing and learning the sales processes, including how to close deals and negotiate.
  • Reporting: Preparing reports and presentations to convey insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Market Research: Conducting research to identify potential business opportunities and market trends.
  • Marketing activities: Drive social media campaigns, coordinate organizational announcements to external world, build and deliver newsletters to prospects.
