POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Sales Enablement Leader, the Sales Onboarding & Enablement Manager is the primary architect of the new hire experience. You will own the end-to-end journey for SDRs and Sales Reps, ensuring they transition from Day 1 to full productivity with speed and confidence. This role is a blend of instructional design, live facilitation, and data-driven performance coaching. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Product to ensure our reps are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to drive revenue and achieve mastery of our platform.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.

  1. New Hire Enablement & Bootcamp Delivery
  • Design and deliver a comprehensive Sales New Hire onboarding experience from Day 1 through the completion of their ramp period.
  • Lead the Sales New Hire Bootcamp, combining live instruction with hands-on platform practice to ensure reps can confidently demonstrate the core platform within their first 30 days.
  • Develop deep proficiency in new hires across the platform, focusing on core workflows and the specific value our solution delivers to customers.
  • Maintain and update Bootcamp content to ensure it reflects the latest platform updates and product releases.
  1. 30-60-90 Certification Program
  • Build and operate a structured 30-60-90 certification program with clear, measurable proficiency standards.
  • Define milestones for success across product fluency, platform navigation, demo execution, and feature knowledge.
  • Partner with Sales Managers to align certification outcomes with ramp expectations, ensuring a seamless handoff from training to the sales floor.
  • Track and iterate on the program based on performance data, feedback, and time-to-productivity metrics.
  1. Continuous Learning & Strategic Roadmap
  • Own the long-term enablement roadmap, ensuring the team is ready for new products, new segments, and entering new markets.
  • Develop continuous learning paths and advanced certification tracks for existing sales reps to prevent skill stagnation.
  • Create interactive, data-driven sessions using modern enablement tools and AI platforms to keep training engaging and effective.
  1. Data Analysis & Tool Adoption
  • Develop sales dashboards and reports to track new hire performance and identify trends in the ramping process.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the sales pipeline to identify where onboarding gaps may be impacting conversion rates or quota attainment.
  • Drive tool adoption by providing training and support on our sales tech stack, ensuring reps utilize resources to their full potential.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or a high-performing Sales role.
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead engaging "Bootcamp" style sessions.
  • Analytical mindset—comfortable using data to prove the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Proficiency with modern enablement tech (LMS, AI coaching platforms, CRM).
  • Ability to partner with Sales leadership in driving onboarding and ramp.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus


Compensation Package_Perks of being a Netradyne employee: 

  • Salary + eligibility for yearly bonus. *The expected base pay range for this position is: Bay Area California $105,000-150,000, Southern California $100,000-135,000.

California Pay Range
$105,000$150,000 USD
