About the Role

CoreWeave is growing fast, and we're looking for a Talent Programs Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role sits within the Talent Operations function, partnering closely with the Senior Talent Program Manager to help scale talent programs, recruiting initiatives, and event-driven hiring across the company.

This is a highly collaborative role that blends talent programs, pipeline strategy, event execution, and recruiting operations. You'll help build and engage talent communities across Engineering, Data Center Operations, Go-to-Market, Corporate Functions, and more while creating programs that support hiring at every stage of the candidate journey.

What You'll DoTalent Programs & Pipeline Strategy
  • Build and grow talent communities that support hiring across a variety of business functions, including Engineering, Data Center Operations, Go-to-Market, and Corporate teams
  • Partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Talent Acquisition leadership to understand hiring priorities and develop proactive pipeline strategies
  • Create and execute initiatives that engage prospective candidates through recruiting programs, networking opportunities, events, and strategic outreach
  • Help translate talent engagement into hiring outcomes by maintaining strong candidate relationships and ensuring seamless transitions into recruiting processes
  • Track talent pipeline activity and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Talent Programs & Events
  • Plan and execute recruiting events, networking opportunities, conferences, career fairs, university programs, and other talent initiatives
  • Coordinate logistics for virtual and onsite events, including communications, scheduling, vendors, and event materials
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional candidate experiences across all recruiting touchpoints
  • Represent CoreWeave at recruiting events and industry programs, strengthening our employer brand and expanding our talent network
  • Identify new opportunities to engage talent through creative programming and partnerships
Talent Operations
  • Partner closely with Recruiters across multiple business functions to support hiring initiatives and talent programs
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data and reporting across Greenhouse, Gem, and project management tools
  • Help improve recruiting processes, talent programs, and operational workflows as the organization scales
  • Support cross-functional Talent Acquisition initiatives and special projects as business needs evolve
Who You Are
  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting programs, recruiting operations, employer branding, talent communities, campus recruiting, or a related field
  • Experience supporting hiring initiatives across multiple business functions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Experience coordinating recruiting events, talent programs, or employer branding initiatives
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, Asana, or similar recruiting technology
  • Curious, proactive, and excited to build scalable talent programs in a high-growth environment
Preferred:
  • Experience sourcing for technical roles (engineering, infrastructure, or cloud-related roles)
  • Exposure to early careers programs, internships, or university partnerships
  • Experience supporting or executing recruiting events or employer branding initiatives
  • Familiarity with talent analytics or using data to inform sourcing strategies

This is a contract position based in Sunnyvale, CA, with an hourly rate between $65-$75/hr based on experience.
