Responsibilities

  • Sales Support and Coordination: Serve as the central support for the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and communication.
  • Lead Management and Scheduling: Oversee the lead management and appointment scheduling process in coordination with the Sales Manager.
  • Calendar Management: Maintain and coordinate a detailed calendar for sales activities, including scheduling for the Sales Manager.
  • Cross-Department Communication: Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Project Review and Processing: Handle contract verification, deposit confirmation, change of work orders, and documents processing through DocuSign or similar platforms.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Assist with project coordination, create and maintain sales documentation, and respond to user requests.
  • Data and Reporting: Maintain existing sales reports and design new reports as needed to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Administrative Projects: Support additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaboration: Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills to foster productive working relationship.
  • Technical proficiency: Comfortable using data and technology to enhance sales processes; experience with CRM (Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Initiative and Adaptability: Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Organization and Time Management: Strong ability to main workflow efficiency and keep tasks on track.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and external partners.
  • Software Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word for professional correspondence, Excel for tracking and Outlook for communication and scheduling.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred.
