About Tavrn:

Tavrn is a pioneering legal AI company transforming the plaintiff law sector through automation of medical chronologies, demand letters, and medical record retrieval. We are dedicated to becoming the leading AI-driven solution provider for personal injury, medical malpractice, workers' compensation, SSDI legal practices, and beyond.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a driven Sales Operations Associate to be the operational backbone of our pipeline-generation engine. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, sweats the details, and takes ownership without waiting for direction. You will work across sales and marketing to build, optimize, and scale the systems and processes that fill the top of our funnel.

AI proficiency is a hard requirement. We are actively leaning into AI to drive operational efficiency, and we expect this person to already be using it daily to automate prospecting workflows, accelerate research, and eliminate manual work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage targeted prospect lists using HubSpot, Clay, ZoomInfo, and Seamless, segmented by ICP, vertical, and buying signals to arm the sales team with pipeline-ready leads.

  • Own top-of-funnel CRM hygiene, ensuring contacts, leads, and accounts are accurate, properly staged, and reflect a clean source of truth for the sales team.

  • Manage lead routing and handoff workflows between marketing and sales, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.

  • Analyze top-of-funnel and pipeline conversion metrics to identify drop-off points, surface insights, and recommend improvements to the prospecting and outreach motion.

  • Support the SDR and AE teams with sales enablement needs including collateral, sequences, playbooks, and process documentation.

  • Partner with marketing to ensure campaign attribution, lead tracking, and reporting are clean and actionable.

  • Manage and optimize the sales tech stack for pipeline-generation tools, including onboarding, integrations, and day-to-day troubleshooting.

  • Step into cross-functional projects and ad hoc initiatives that support pipeline growth as the business evolves.

Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related role with a focus on pipeline generation and go-to-market support.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM with a strong understanding of lead and contact management.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning) is required.

  • Experience with prospecting and enrichment tools. Familiarity with our stack is a strong plus: Nooks, Seamless, ZoomInfo, Clay, and Gong.

  • Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) is required, not a nice-to-have. We expect you to already be using AI daily to automate tasks, speed up research, and eliminate manual work.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull reports, identify trends, and translate data into clear recommendations.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate with autonomy, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results in a fast-paced startup environment.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive compensation with a salary range of $90,000-$110,000 (placement within range based on experience and qualifications).

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.

  • Opportunity to grow and advance within a rapidly scaling AI startup based in San Francisco, CA.

  • Direct exposure to sales and marketing leadership with a front-row seat to how a high-growth company builds its pipeline engine.

  • Supportive, low-ego team culture focused on innovation, speed, and customer impact.
