About the Role We are hiring a Sales Operations Specialist to fill a critical execution gap in our GTM foundation. This role focuses on the daily operational work that keeps our sales engine running cleanly and reliably. You will own pipeline hygiene, rep support, CRM accuracy, and sales tooling upkeep so that reps can move faster and RevOps can focus on long-term systems and scale. You will become the primary owner of HubSpot for the sales team, ensuring deal flow, data quality, and rep workflows stay consistent and predictable. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in sales operations who is ready to grow into a deeper RevOps role with daily mentorship and high visibility across Sales, Marketing, and Leadership.

This position supports global teams and requires strong working-hour overlap with Eastern Time (EST)

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Sales Operations Execution
  • Own daily pipeline hygiene, deal audits, and data cleanup
  • Maintain stage logic, deal definitions, and process documentation
  • Provide real-time support to sales reps on CRM usage, user access, and adoption
  • Monitor deal movement, stale opportunities, and forecasting inputs
  • Enable reps in CRM, field logic, and simple task flows that increase selling time
  • Ensure activity logging from Outreach.io and other tools is consistent and accurate

CRM and HubSpot Ownership

  • Manage daily HubSpot requests, including field updates, permission changes, and cleanup
  • Maintain CRM structure to support accurate reporting and forecasting
  • Validate data and support low-technical reporting requests
  • Keep MQL to SQL to Deal handoffs clean through aligned definitions and workflows

Cross-Functional GTM Support

  • Coordinate with Marketing and Sales to ensure correct and measurable lead handoffs
  • Support UTM, lifecycle, and attribution tracking to maintain clean funnel visibility
  • Help maintain routing rules, enrichment workflows, and target account structure and scoring
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to refine lead assignment, performance dashboards, and territory logic

What You’ll Bring

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, revenue, or GTM operations within a SaaS company
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and experience with pipeline management
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics, forecasting inputs, and B2B sales motion
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Zoominfo or Outreach
  • High attention to detail with a strong process mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple requests while keeping systems clean and consistent
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
