This role combines proactive prospecting, relationship management, and risk consulting expertise to generate profitable accounts across both Commercial Lines and Personal Lines.

• Licensing: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required (Texas or applicable state), or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
• Insurance Background: Previous insurance industry experience is preferred but not required for high-performing sales professionals.
• Technical Skills: Experience using CRM and AMS platforms (such as InsuredMine, NowCerts, or similar systems) and Microsoft Office 365.
