Compass is looking for a Contract Recruiter who will drive the Company’s talent acquisition strategy for our Strategic Growth team. As a Contract Recruiter, you’ll partner with hiring managers and recruiting to develop, drive, and manage sourcing/recruiting strategies. In addition, you will assist in developing and promoting the Company's culture internally and externally.

At Compass You Will:

  • Manage and drive the full recruitment life cycle by sourcing, reviewing resumes, coordinating screenings and interviews, and assist in determining the suitability of applicants in various departments for employment
  • Work with hiring managers to better understand each department’s needs and screen incoming applicants quickly and effectively
  • Proactively source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, and innovative research tactics
  • Communicate with candidates professionally and be immediately responsive
  • Promote the brand and use creativity to attract and market the Company to qualified and strong candidates

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing specifically within sales
  • Experience managing candidate pipelines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
  • B.A. or B.S. with a strong academic record
  • Must be able to multi-task and manage a robust/full pipeline with efficiency and constant attention
  • High level of interpersonal skills and strong ability to engage both active and passive candidates
  • Considerable skill in interviewing techniques
  • Knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse or Oracle is a plus)

The base pay range for this position is $35-40 per hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay is based on market location. The minimum wage for the position will always be met.
